We encourage prospective families to spend time truly learning about the Cirneco dell’Etna. Their intelligence, affection, independence, athleticism, and strong hunting instincts are part of what makes them extraordinary—but also why they are not the right fit for every home.

Whenever possible, we strongly encourage prospective owners to meet and spend time with Cirneco in person.

No website or breed description can fully capture what it is like to live with these clever, sensitive, wonderfully individual dogs. We are happy to help connect interested families with opportunities to meet the breed whenever we can. We will always be honest and supportive in helping determine whether a Cirneco—and ultimately a particular puppy—is the right match for you.
